  1. Check for a card on file.
  2. Count how many classes remain in the current session.
  3. Pro-rate the membership for that many classes.
  4. Check if they meet requirements to waive the initiation fee.
  5. Start the full membership next month.

For members who don’t want to cancel, but will be missing class for an extended period of time.

We make a contact log on your account. You keep all your reservations outside that month. If you’re going to be gone for one month this is for you.

Limited Membership – 2 months max.

This membership is half the price of our most basic tier & includes just 2 classes. You can use them that month or the following month. You keep all your reservations outside those months and can be reserved for your 2 classes. If you’re going to be gone for 2-3 months, this is for you.

Freeze Policy – $10/month, 5 month duration.

Freeze removes your class reservations, but prevents you from paying initiation fees upon your return. If you are on freeze for the full 5 months, you will no longer be charged and when you come back, you will not have to pay initiation fees. If you’re going to be gone more than 3 months or are not sure how long you’ll be gone but think you will come back eventually, this is for you.

We require notice 1 business day prior to billing date to cancel a membership. The client loses their spot in class and must pay an initiation fee on return.

When cancelling a membership, set the termination date to the end of the month they’ve already paid for to avoid unnecessary charges (example: May 31st, not June 1st).

We require 24 hours notice to “early cancel” a class, giving the client a makeup class credit which expires at the end of the following month. Anything beyond that is a “late cancel”, which forfeits the class.

Clients can be put on a class waitlist for up to 2 months. They can reach out after 2 months to extend the duration.
