Both the Flying Frog Academy waiver ↗ and the Skytopia waiver ↗ are required. Once confirmed, we update their Mindbody account’s client types, allowing them to register online.

Cancellation Policy

Drop-Ins

Drop-ins will be refunded if cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled class.

Full Session

Clients have until one week before the first class to cancel and get a full refund (or within 48 hours of the purchase, if purchased less than 1 week in advance).

If cancelling a single class from a full session, it may be rescheduled as a drop-in (24 hours notice required).

Creating Sessions

On the 15th of the month, the next silk session schedule is created based on instructor availability. Until open enrollment, only full session purchases are allowed.

Making the schedule

1. Navigate to the “Courses” tab under “Service & Products” in Mindbody ↗.
2. Add new schedules to each active silks class. Adjust times, pay rate, and dates.
3. Add the “Full Session” payment option.

Notifying silks members

1. Tag silks clients from the past 2 months using the “Schedule at a Glance” report. Generate a mailing list of tagged clients.
2. Append them to the silks mailing list ↗. Remove duplicates.
3. Email the updated list using the draft template.

Opening Enrollment

On the 25th of the month, drop-in and trial purchases are opened.

1. Navigate to the “Courses” tab under “Service & Products” in Mindbody ↗.
2. Check “Open Enrollment” on every upcoming silks schedule.
3. Add purchase options for drop-ins and trials.
