We are currently vendors for Heartwood and Compass charter schools.

Pricing

Families can pay with charter funding (purchase orders), or out-of-pocket.

Charter funds can only be used for charter class times.

Purchase Orders

• 1x/Week: $169
• 2x/Week: $239
• Drop-In: $49

Cancellation policy

We require 24 hours notice for an “early cancellation” which can result in a reschedule within the same month of the purchase order or we will adjust our invoice to the charter school to remove the missed class.

Anything beyond that is a “late cancel”, which forfeits the class.

Processing purchase orders

Purchase orders come through the gym email.

1. Find the email for the order. Make note of the order number, date, and dollar amount. If something doesn’t match up, stop and inform a manager.
2. Buy the appropriate membership/drop-in for the specified client at a 100% discount (comp). Set the start date to the date the order is for and add the order number to the sales notes.
3. File the email away under the appropriate month/year label.
