are available if the camp session has started and there is still space.

Pickup codes
A 4-digit pickup code must be provided by whoever
picks up a child. This code can be found in their camp confirmation email. In general,
don’t give this code out.
Floor and office staff should have a sign-out sheet and walkie-talkie.
If you are Office staff
Confirm the pickup code for each child.
Let floor staff know who is being picked via walkie-talkie.
At 2pm, if only a few kids remain, supervise them in the lobby.
If you are Floor staff
Stand by the gate. Ensure no kids leave without being signed out.
Listen for office staff to relay sign-outs. Confirm via walkie-talkie.
Signed out kids should gather their things and head up front.
At 1:50pm, the remaining kids gather their things and sit against the grey
wall near the warped wall waiting to be signed out.
At 2pm, if only a couple kids remain, they can be sent up front so you can
start cleaning.

Campers must be supervised at all times except in the bathroom.
Perform constant and consistent head counts .
Always have a walkie talkie.
Share the load. Take turns setting up, entertaining kids, leading activities, etc.
Know every kid and build their experience.
No kid leaves without being signed out .
Avoid touching campers. Occasional exceptions can be made when specific and appropriate for
a game or activity such as tag, high fives, or spotting a parkour skill.
Spotting skills is reserved for trained parkour coaches,
following spotting guidelines .
Touches should take place on the arm, upper back, lower leg, or top of the head.
Campers are not allowed to wrestle with or climb on staff.
